JOB SUMMARY<br />
General Description</p>
<p>The Inspector Specialist conducts receiving inspections of Propulsion California’s materials received as Group I and Group II purchases per MIL-STD-1535. The Inspections consist of open set-ups using standard measuring instruments as well as special measuring instruments and gages. The use of a Sheffeld coordinate-measuring machine to inspect hardware is required. The Inspector Specialist will also need to program the coordinate measuring matching. The Inspector Specialist will use ANSI Y14.5 knowledge to interpret receiving inspection procedures, drawings and blueprints in the inspection of received hardware. Conducts review of certifications to establish compliance to purchase order requirements. Communicates in writing and verbally on concerns with supplier conformance. Inspector Specialist observes the condition of received hardware and documents their technical observations on paper. Must establish professional rapport with customers, vendors and Goodrich quality engineers. Participation in the training of less skilled inspector will be necessary as part of this position.</p>
<p>MAJOR DUTIES</p>
<p>ESSENTIAL</p>
<p>(1) Responsible for verifying received products for conformance to purchase order requirements.</p>
<p>(2) Responsible for the interpretations of blueprint, drawings and receiving inspection procedures using ANSI Y14.5, dimensioning and tolerancing.</p>
<p>(3) Responsible for documenting condition of received products.</p>

Our client is looking for a high level HR Project Manager. The candidate will coordinate the project from start to finish including the RFP selection process of a vendor to capture I-9&#8242;s online. The Project Manager will be working with local HR employees at the various sites to pull and audit I-9&#8242;s pre-2007 when they were not automated and stored online. Travel will be required to help train local HR employees on the audit process and how to implement active employees to complete the new online I-9 once it is selected.</p>
<p>Qualifications: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in relevant area of interest. PHR or SPHR certified a plus. Previous experience in handling the selection and training process for online I-9 delivery.</p>

I have taken the experience from Palmiter and started Bennett (www.bennettinc.net) IT &amp; Engineering Consulting, Local Development Center in the Twin Cities, Off Shore Development in Eastern Europe (we have a staff of 20+). My goal is to have a company that again takes pressure off the hiring manager&#8217;s shoulders and finds the right candidate fast.<br />

Since the mid 1990s I have worked in staff augmentation.<br />
In 2001 I took my experience and started a company called Palmiter Recruiting, Incorporated. I grew the business from just me working in my basement to a team of nearly 30 consultants. We were and are a tier one vendor at nearly all of the Big Names in the Twin Cities. In 2006, I was named one of the top woman business enterprises in MN.<br />
In February 2008 I sold the bill of sale and client list. In 2009, due to contractual obligations not upheld by the purchaser, I can give my clients the talent they need again.</p>
